05 / The Process
Six steps. No shortcuts between them.
The same sequence on every car, whether it’s a maintenance wash or full-body film.
Intake
Walk-around under 6500 K light. Every defect photographed and logged before a pad touches the car.

Decon
Snow foam, two-bucket contact wash, iron fallout remover, tar remover, clay. Paint has to be bare before it can be measured.

Measure
Paint depth on every panel, in microns. Thin panels get flagged. A test spot sets the pad and polish combination for the whole car.

Correct
Dual-action machine polishing. Cut, then refine. Panel wipe between passes so nothing hides under oils. No rotary. No filler. No glaze.
