Marco R.
Crew lead · roofs & soft wash
Runs the north routes and does every roof walk-through himself. Will tell you if you don’t need a roof wash yet.
Four people, two trucks and a short list of rules we don’t bend. Here’s who shows up, how they work, and what happens if something isn’t right.
They’re printed on a card in both trucks. Ask the crew to show you.
Nothing starts until you’ve approved a written price. If we find something new on the day, we stop and text you before doing it.
Paint, old stucco and pavers react differently. We test a small hidden area before we treat the whole thing.
Every bed near a wash zone is pre-soaked, covered where needed, and rinsed again when we finish.
Concrete and pavers get the surface cleaner. Stucco, screens and roofs get a soft wash — always.
We run set town routes, so we can promise a window and text you when we’re on the way.
Before the truck leaves, we walk the job with you (or send photos). Missed spots get fixed then and there.
Furniture back where it was, edges blown, hoses coiled. You shouldn’t be able to tell we were there — except it’s clean.
Licensing and insurance details are available on request before any job. Just ask.

Office & scheduling
The person who texts you your price. Knows every route day by heart and answers before 8 the next morning.
Concrete & pavers
Surface-cleaner specialist. Particular about edges, expansion joints and leaving zero stripes.
Lawn plans
Runs the weekly lawn route. Same day, same mower height, and a note if something in the yard looks off.
Low-pressure pump and mix tank for stucco, siding and roofs.
Rotary cleaner for stripe-free concrete and pavers.
Covers, a dedicated rinse hose and a neutraliser for beds.
So nothing leans on your gutters or scuffs your walls.
Cleaning is visible work. If you can see a spot we missed, so can we — and we’d rather fix it than argue about it.
