House etiquette
- Silence the phoneCalls are taken outside. We’ll pause; the cut won’t suffer.
- Tell us the truthIf you hated your last haircut, say so. It saves us both twenty minutes.
- Bring the photoWe’ll tell you honestly whether it will work with your hair.
- Stay for the towelIt’s the best two minutes of the appointment. Don’t skip it to answer an email.
Questions
Do you take walk-ins?
Only if a chair happens to be open. Reserving takes a minute and guarantees the barber you want.
How long does a cut actually take?
Forty-five minutes for a Signature Cut, chair to door. We don’t stack appointments, so it won’t run into someone else’s time.
Can I bring my son?
Yes. Junior Cuts are for twelve and under. Book him his own slot, or book back-to-back with the same barber.
Is it OK to come in with my hair dirty?
Every cut includes a wash. Come as you are. Just skip the heavy product that morning if you can.
Do you sell products?
A short shelf: one pomade, one clay, one beard oil, one shave soap. Your barber will tell you which one, or none.
What if I hate the cut?
Tell us within seven days and we’ll fix it at no charge, with the same barber or another.
One chair.
Yours.
Pick the service, the barber and the hour. It takes about a minute. We’ll text the day before.
